shipping

we manufacture in small batches or on-demand when orders are placed so there is usually a 1-7 day processing time before products are shipped. based on the shipping method chosen at purchase, your items will be shipped via USPS/UPS to the shipping address entered. once the order is placed, there is a small window to make an update to the shipping address to connect with us right away to make a change.

returns

due to the nature of our products, no returns will be accepted. if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with to either send a replacement or offer a refund. refunds are subject to approval and will only be issued if no other arrangement can be made. if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days. after this time, if you have not received your refund, contact your bank/credit card company as it make time additional time for the credit to be applied to your account. if you’re still having trouble, connect with us and we will help look into it further. no refund or replacement will be made after 30 days from date of purchase.
